Light the end of the incense stick. You can use a match or a lighter. Hold the flame to the stick until the stick ignites and allow the flame to burn for approximately 10-15 seconds.
Gently Blow on the flame to extinguish. The incense should produce a glowing ember and begin to smoke and burn on its own.
Only burn incense on a heatproof, non-flammable holder or vessel.
Always Burn incense in a well-ventilated room, away from flammable materials, and never leave incense burning unattended or near children, pets, or a drafty area.
To put out press the lit tip of the stick incense against a heat-resistant surface with some force, until the piece with the ember breaks off. Do not use flammable surfaces such as wood, fabric, plastic, or paper/cardboard surfaces.)
Ensure the ember stays on the non-flammable surface, and wait until the ember has completely died out before touching it to clean up.
