Our policy does not allow for returns or exchanges. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and no refunds will be issued.
If your order arrived damaged we will gladly replace it. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged package and keep all packaging. Send photos of the damage, since we will need this to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

STORAGE
Fragrances should be stored in a cool, dark area away from direct sunlight or sources of extreme heat. If you store them safely, you can expect scents that are alcohol-based to last many years, even a decade if they are properly stored and cared for. Candle fragrance will last in the vessel indefinitely. After candles have finished you can remove the last of the remaining wax and reuse the vessel as you please. It is 100% recyclable glass. To remove the wax, you can use the freezer method to do so. You will want to place the candle in the freezer until the remaining wax hardens. From there, you will carefully chip out and throw away the wax using a spoon, being sure to remove the wick holder also. Use a cloth to wipe the insides of the jar clean, hand wash, rinse, and dry.
